    It was “by chance” that I was watching the 2014 Frys.com Open when I first heard about Jarrod Lyle and his battle with leukemia. You could not hear his story and not be moved to want to help in some small way, see for yourself, Lyle’s story.     We have all heard the adage “practice makes perfect”, and as much as I wanted to, I always found it difficult to get into a regular practice routine. Time and time again other things would cut into my planned sessions. Perhaps, because the sessions were focused on a particular area of the game instead of just hitting balls, there never was enough time to pack the gear, drive to the range, warm up, go through practice drills, and return home again.
