More than a Name Change
Ordinarily in the “Golf Ghosts section you would find post about companies, products and courses that are no longer around. However, periodically, there is an attempt to rescued the brand. Park Mammoth is such a case. As I stated in another post, I discovered Park Mammoth Golf Course in the late summer of 1970. Bird’s eye view of changes at Park Mammoth GC
In the Fall of 2019 the golf course formerly known as Park Mammoth GC was placed on the auction block. As I stated in a prior post, there was a lot of speculation about what would happen to the old resort.
